Shipping
We do everything we can to ship your order as carefully and smoothly as possible. All orders are shipped fully insured and with track & trace, so you can follow your parcel at every step.
Shipping costs
Shipping fees apply to all orders and are automatically calculated and displayed in your cart before checkout.
Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. We aim to dispatch your order within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email (or SMS).
Delivery
All items are shipped from the Netherlands via PostNL or UPS.
Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weekends and public holidays.
Insurance & responsibility
All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost during transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This process may take up to 10 business days.
Designer Thrift is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after successful delivery.
Customs & taxes
We ship exclusively within the EU. Any local taxes or duties imposed by your country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns
Sometimes an item may not be the right match — we’re sorry to hear that and are happy to assist you.
You may return your order within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in the exact same condition as received, including all original accessories such as dust bags, boxes, tags and authenticity cards.
To protect our items and ensure fair returns, all bags are fitted with a plastic security tag marked “No return/refund if tag is removed.”
This security tag must be fully intact and attached at the time of return. If the tag has been removed, damaged or altered in any way, the right to return and receive a refund will be forfeited.
Please note that items purchased through bidding or special sales are final and cannot be returned.
Before returning an item, please notify us by email and state the reason for return. You will then receive a return form from us. Returns sent without prior notification or without a completed return form cannot be processed.
We strongly recommend returning items insured and via registered mail. The return shipment and all associated risks remain the responsibility of the customer. Designer Thrift is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged during transit.
All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival. If a return does not meet our return policy, it may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After the 14-day return period has expired, returns are no longer accepted.
